Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Achieve sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain and increase sales of company products.
Establish and increase market, customer, route, and numeric distributions.
Build a financially sound and professional distribution network.
Set product/sales turnover targets for individuals and the team.
Monitor team's performance and motivate them to achieve SKU wise targets.
Compile, monitor, and analyze target vs. primary & secondary sales figures regularly.
Develop and coach the field sales team for professional skill development.
Solve damage-related issues as per company policy.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in sales management.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to travel extensively.
