In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store functions, maintain precise inventory levels, and contribute to the seamless execution of various processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Management: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring coordination with various departments.
· Inventory Records: Keep accurate inventory using Excel and ERP, with regular stock audits.
· Material Handling: Properly document materials through MPR, MRR, MIS, and related documents.
· Reporting: Generate monthly stock reports and conduct physical inventory audits.
· Supervision: Manage store staff, including laborers and drivers, ensuring a smooth workflow.
· Inventory Techniques: Implement LIFO, FIFO, and FEFO systems for effective stock management.
· Resource Optimization: Minimize wastage and enhance resource usage.
· Cleanliness: Ensure the store remains organized and clean.
· Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
🎓 Qualifications:
· BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
