We are seeking qualified professionals to join our team in the following roles:

𝟏. 𝐇𝐑 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR and compliance.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Managing HR operations, employee records, and compliance documentation.

Conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.

Handling employee relations and workplace compliance matters.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

1+ year of experience in employee welfare, HR, or related field. (freshers may apply)

Strong interpersonal skills and empathy toward employee concerns.

Knowledge of welfare programs and workplace safety standards.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Implementing employee welfare initiatives and engagement programs.

Addressing grievances and fostering positive work environment.

Ensuring compliance with welfare policies.
