Position: Management Trainee Officer - Export

Job Location: RFL Industrial Park, Gazipur. This position serves as a strong gateway for young professionals to build a solid foundation in international trade. The selected candidates will gain practical exposure to export documentation, international client coordination, and compliance with global trade regulations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented corporate environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end export order processes, ensuring accuracy, timely shipment, and strict adherence to client specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and monitor global trade trends.
- Communicate effectively with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and warehousing to align inventory and production planning with export requirements.
- Identify and evaluate new international business opportunities to support strategic expansion into emerging and untapped markets.
- Provide actionable insights to product development teams based on customer feedback, market demand, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate willingness to be stationed at factory locations when required to monitor production readiness, ensure quality compliance, and strengthen operational coordination.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- MBA in Marketing, International Business, Finance & Banking, Management, Organizational Strategy & Leadership, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Management Information Systems (MIS) or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.
- MSc or BSc in Engineering, Statistics, or Social Science graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
