- Experience & Industry Background: 5–7 years of relevant hands-on experience in import operations within a reputed garments/textile manufacturing group or buying house.
- L/C & Payment Expertise: Comprehensive experience in L/C opening and amendments, Back-to-Back L/C, Cash L/C, T.T., DP/DA, and import bill settlements.
- Operations & Compliance: Strong background managing import documentation, customs clearance, direct banking coordination, and handling BEPZA portal operations.
- Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding and practical application of Incoterms, foreign exchange regulations, and Oracle ERP software.
- Education: Master’s/MBA degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
