post: Head of Marketing
Education : Graduate in any discipline with 18-20 years' experience where minimum 08-10 years in a Top Management position in a reputed RMG factory and must have sufficient knowledge about current marketing trend, brand awareness, merchandising, and design & product development process. Should have good knowledge of technical about cost saving tricks, fabric, trim and accessories quality.
Post : Senior Manager - IE
Graduate in any subject with 18-20 years of Experience including at least 8-10 years in a Leadership position in a reputable RMG facility, and extensive understanding of man, machine, materials requirements, lay outs and drawings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and initiatives within the department and organization. Should have prior expertise implementing SMV using the GSD system and the Lean Six Sigma process.
Post: Manager CAD & Pattern
Minimum graduation with 15-20 years' experience and must have adequate knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc. Should have good knowledge of Denim garment manufacturing process with Gerber Software and risk assessment of the product.
