Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Age Limit: 22 to 25 years.
- Strong interest in human resource operations, employee engagement, and data analytics.
Responsibilities & Context
- Actively participate in Joint Consultation Committee (JCC) meetings; prepare, maintain, and update reports/documents, and assist in executing activities to ensure organizational conformity.
- Execute planned initiatives to achieve budgeted Headcount (Direct and Indirect), Employee Turnover (ETO), and Absenteeism target rates using proactive data analytics.
- Engage actively with employees to ensure all grievances are timely addressed and/or escalated to Management.
- Execute staff welfare processes and HR services by sourcing innovative external solutions/services through negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities as scheduled in the engagement calendar (e.g., annual trips, department/company events, religious activities, celebrations).
- Promote a positive work culture through suggestions, quality circles, Kaizen mindset, and problem-solving tools.
