Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in Garments (specifically Knit Garments).
- Age Limit: 25 to 30 years old.
- Proven track record in garment sample preparation, pattern checking, quality control, and buyer communication.
Responsibilities & Context
- Understand and thoroughly read sample requirements from buyer tech packs and specifications.
- Prepare high-quality garment samples strictly according to buyer requirements, approved patterns, specification charts, measurement charts, and construction details.
- Perform pattern and measurement checking to ensure accurate fitting and dimensions.
- Conduct rigorous sample quality checking covering proper sewing, workmanship, measurement accuracy, fitting, and overall finishing.
- Review and follow up buyer comments, corrections, and instructions, ensuring timely incorporation into modified samples.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Merchandising, Pattern, Cutting, QA/QC, and Production departments to hit deadline targets.
- Maintain systematic sample records, tracking, and control system.
- Carry out any other relevant operational assignments assigned by factory management.
