• Must have Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar field.
• The ability to work under pressure is essential.
• Willingness to work in any location within the country is required.
• Language proficiency: fluency in Bangla and English both oral and written.
Responsibilities & Context
Location of Posting: Any of the Chattogram, Feni, Chandpur, Cox’s Bazar and Rangamati District
Contract Duration: 30th June 2024
- Assist the counselors/ deputy counselors with the overall field level project implementation by facilitating project plan activities (meetings, events, training). In close coordination with the PMU, PC and other Welfare Center staff.
- Assist in screening and registration of the project beneficiaries, data entry in the Reintegration Management Information System (RMIS), logistical arrangements and administrative task within their areas of responsibility.
- Participated in comprehensive training on gender responsive reintegration counseling including case management and referral mechanism.
- Under the supervision of the Counselor, Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) support to the selected returnees and refer them to need-based psychosocial and other health services available with different institutions/organizations.
- Under the supervision of the Counselor, provide counseling on available services, including referrals to relevant services for reintegration, re-migration, or others.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project related progress, data, information and records to support with preparing reports and monitoring of beneficiaries.
- Carry out travel within the country as required to support implementation of the assigned task.
- Ensure post referral monitoring and follow of the beneficiaries to ensure access to the services.
- Assist in implementation of field level campaigns and community mobilization activities.
- Prepare lists of the beneficiaries eligible for cash incentive.
- Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Director (welfare center in charge), PMU, and Prottyashi.
