Have payroll software operation experience will added value.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all social compliance issues of factories.
- Maintain daily compliance checklist & report to department head.
- Prepare internal audit schedule and plan and Conduct internal audit as per Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyer social COC and other Certification audit standard and make reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
- Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
- Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.
- Verify that all policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Monthly daily Training & meeting minutes conduct as per training schedules.
- Formation of all types of committee as per labor law & buyer coc.
- Advise technical professionals on the development or use of environmental compliance or reporting tools.
- Develop or implement environmental compliance plans for programs, such as chemical management, hazardous waste management & waste management etc.
- Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations.
- Document findings of tests and audits in work papers and memos and distribute to relevant supervisors and department heads upon completion.
- Collect verbal grievances of workers from floor & send to concern dept.
- Attend & deal with the auditors of different buyer's & 3rd party audit.
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace Conduct WRAP/BSCI, SEDEX, GRS, RCS, FSLM/SLCP OCS, HIGG /RSC/ Nirapon audit with different audit firm.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time.
