Additional Requirements
Masters/ Bachelor degree.
Professional Certification on Supply Chain Management will be a plus.
Proven experience in using ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication (Bengali and English)and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in pressure and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement SOPs for store and inventory operations.
Ensure the store is well-organized and maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials on time.
Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
Implement inventory control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and store operations effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop the store and inventory team to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
Identify training needs and provide necessary training to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to material quality or delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status and store performance.
