Job Context
MAF Shoes Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented person as a “Manager” to lead our Planning Department. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing production planning strategies, optimizing capacity utilization, ensuring on-time shipment of export orders and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Planning Department and develop effective production planning strategies.
- Prepare and monitor master production plans to ensure on-time delivery of export orders.
- Coordinate with Order management, Procurement, Production, Supply Chain and Commercial.
- Analyze production capacity, line efficiency, order forecasts and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Education: MBA or Master's degree. B.Sc. in Industrial/Footwear/Production Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in production planning (Manufacturing/Garments/Footwear/Tannery).
- Age: 35 to 45 years.
