Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, consultants, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations.
- Promote the hospital's healthcare services to increase patient referrals and business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers, corporate offices, and institutional clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Organize health camps, corporate health programs, awareness campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and referral patterns to recommend business strategies.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional relationships while upholding the hospital's brand image and ethical standards.
