Job Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting time and motion studies
- Support line balancing and capacity planning
- Monitor production efficiency
- Analyze workflow and improve productivity
- Prepare IE reports
- Work closely with production teams
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
Additional Requirements
- Basic IE knowledge (Time Study, Line Balancing, SMV)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
