**Working Hours:** 3 PM to 11 PM (Based on UK time)

**Description of Profession**:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Wordpress Web Developer** to join our dynamic team at **Career Developers Ltd.** The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create websites that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
**Required Services:**
● Build, maintain, and improve websites using modern wordpress web development frameworks and tools to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
● Conduct regular website testing for functionality, compatibility, and performance.
● Continuously monitor website performance metrics (e.g., load time, page speed) and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
● Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
● Create custom web applications and interactive elements as needed for client projects, ensuring they are fully functional and optimized for user experience.
● Minimum maintenance of company’s social medias on regular basis to promote company business throughout Europe and USA.
● As a Web Developer, you will work closely with company’s design, SEO, and content teams to build and optimize websites that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

● Starting salary** **ranges for the position is from 20,000 BDT to 25,000 BDT

**Employee Requirements:**
● Communicational fluency in English Language (Both in written and verbal form). Candidates with an English medium educational background will be prioritized.
● Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and basic knowledge in back-end.
● Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
● Understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in web development.
● Experience with website performance optimization tools and techniques.
● Experience with Ecommerce/Ucommerce platform
● Bachelors in any discipline (Preferred)
