Position: International Business Development Trainee
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foreign market
Understand client's needs, offer suitable solutions, and build long-term relationships to ensure continuous sales growth
Present, promote, and sell services using solid communication skills to existing and prospective clients
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. (English Medium background preferred)
0-1 years experience (Freshers are highly encouraged)
Strong interest in dealing with foreign clients
Excellent English skills is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 10k to 15k (for 3-month trainee period).
Job Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka Working Days & Time: 9:30-6:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
