Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor CCTV Cameras: Observe video footage from various surveillance cameras across the premises for suspicious activity, safety violations, and security threats.
- CCTV installation & troubleshooting.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents, security breaches, or suspicious behavior immediately.
- System Maintenance: Regularly check CCTV system functionality, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices, ensuring proper operation and addressing technical issues when needed.
- Surveillance Recording: Ensure that all surveillance footage is recorded and stored according to company policies and procedures.
- Data Archiving and Retrieval: Ensure proper archiving of recorded footage and assist in retrieving footage for investigative purposes.
- Report Generation: Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing surveillance activities, equipment status, and any incidents observed .
- Other Tasks: Others task or duties will be assigned by the Department Head as required.
