Location: Katghora,Dukhati road (nearby Dukhati Nursery),Ashulia,Savar,Dhaka.
Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor degree
-Major HR Background
-1 to 2.5 years of experience on HR operations.
-Must have proven work experience in HR.
-Clear knowledge on Bangladesh labor law.
Responsibilities & Context:
-Maintaining HRIS modules in ERP.
-Processing attendance, Payroll.
-Generating different types of letters.
-Updating employee personnel files.
-Keeping the records of every HR drive digitally.
-Implement effective recruitment, onboarding plans and activities.
Skills & Expertise:
-HRIS / HR database management
-HR Operation
-Proficient is MS Office
-Recruitment & Talent Management
-Public Speaking & Events organizing
Compensation & Other Benefits:
-Salary first three month should be BDT 18k to 20k ) After enrollment the main job salary will be increased (Based on job assessment)
-Salary Review: Yearly
-Festival Bonus: 2
-Annual Leave Encashment.
-Service & other benefits will be provided according to Bangladesh law.
