𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

Oversees end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and team supervision. Ensures timely and efficient distribution by optimizing routes, managing resources, and collaborating with key departments.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

● Oversee invoice printing, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and systematic sorting for smooth delivery.

● Review and summarize orders to determine precise product requirements for fulfillment.

● Assign delivery representatives and cash collectors for timely and organized order delivery.

● Allocate logistic vehicles based on schedules, volume, and route feasibility.

● Plan effective delivery routes considering traffic, distance, and time management.

● Reschedule orders as needed, coordinating with teams for minimal disruptions.

● Labor and Driver Hiring (Daily Basis).

● Monitor and maintain fuel consumption and kilometers traveled for cost efficiency.

● Resolve logistical traffic issues to ensure smooth vehicle movement.

● Supervise logistics personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

● Conduct interviews and hire cash collectors, drivers, and loaders.

● Align logistics activities with sales goals and customer demands.

● Coordinate with the warehouse team for streamlined inventory and dispatch.

● Maintain strong collaboration with partners like Sun-city for efficient distribution.

● Handle calls from cash collectors and delivery riders, addressing on-route issues.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for analysis and decision-making.

● Organize training sessions for logistics associates to improve efficiency and compliance.

● Manage user ID creation for sales, logistics, and warehouse personnel for system access.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

● Strong foundation in logistics, distribution, inventory control, and transportation management.

📌 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time.

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 12,000 - 15,000 BDT.
