Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, including vouchers, cash and bank books, bill registers, general ledgers, and other supporting documents.
Handle Tax and VAT matters related to all vouchers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor and reconcile financial transactions across ERP and WMS systems to ensure accuracy in recording revenue, costs, and inventory movements.
Ensure accurate and timely collection of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from thirdparty vendors, reconciling receipts against delivery records via vendor web portals.
Collect and record cash from warehouse-processed orders, ensuring proper documentation and prompt deposits to the bank.
Prepare monthly reports analyzing cost of sales, including inventory adjustments, discounts, and customer returns.
Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions, as well as debit and credit journal vouchers with appropriate authorization.
Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor, coordinate, and maintain documentation for B2C export sales transactions, ensuring compliance with export requirements and internal policies.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
