Responsibilities & Context
Four H Group, a 100% export-oriented knitwear manufacturer and textile industry, is seeking dynamic and responsible candidates for the position of Mechanical personnel to ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical systems and machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, service, and function all mechanical equipment, including fabric and yarn dyeing, printing, and knitting machines.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Operate and maintain utility systems that are essential for production processes.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new types of machinery and ensure alignment with production requirements.
Maintain yarn dyeing-specific machines (e.g., Dyeing, Hydro extractor, RF dryer, Soft coning and hard coning machine) and ensure optimal performance.
Identify and manage the stock of critical spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted machine operations.
Monitor energy consumption of machines and utilities, and implement improvements for energy savings and cost efficiency.
Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure maintenance work is carried out in compliance with factory safety standards, environmental regulations, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with production, electrical, and quality departments to ensure machine readiness and production efficiency.
Maintain records of machine history, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and service reports for audits and management review.
Suggest and implement mechanical improvements and modifications to enhance machine performance and production output.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with audit standards.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
