𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Blue Collar Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of blue-collar recruitment strategies and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
● Conduct field visits to engage with potential candidates directly, participate in campaigning efforts and perform other outdoor tasks as needed to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
● Coordinate with sales, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires into workforce planning and scheduling.
● Conduct on-the-ground assessments of blue-collar candidates to verify identity, employee verification, skills and experience, reducing the risk of misrepresentation and ensuring the quality of hires.
● Organize and facilitate recruitment events targeted at blue-collar.
● Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions and regulatory requirements affecting blue-collar recruitment.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to multitask and manage recruitment projects effectively.
● 0-1 Year of work experience.
● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and labor law.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:
● Salary: Negotiable

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from any reputed university.
