Additional Requirements
3 to 5 Years relevant experience in Garments industry.
Monitor and ensure daily production, provide direction to sub-ordinate or operators and problem-solving capability.
Coordinate manufacturing activities in support of company goals as per Quality procedures, self - motivated, self -driven, ability to act quickly and confident in decision making.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle worker.
Good Communication Skill.
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain 5`s.
Check the absenteeism and take necessary steps.
Must ensure Process quality before proceed to next operation.
Capacity vs. Production: Should gain capacity wise production by convincing the worker.
Ensure Operators are in the practice of "Self-inspection to confirm process quality", "thread trimming & counting" before give to next operator.
Ensure hourly production, Pass and repair. Must finish repairing work within the day.
Work on Highest three defects to fix it and take initiatives for remedies.
Take initiatives remedies for QA findings.
Ensure production based on size/color breakdown as per Callan, inspection and packing accordingly.
Effective floater management to sustain the productivity.
Enforces safety rules and regulations in line.
