MAS Intimates Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive – Production to manage and support garment production operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production delivery schedules.
- Monitor sewing production processes and ensure required quality standards.
- Identify production abnormalities and coordinate with IE / Work-study teams.
- Prepare for style changeovers and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with 6S, health & safety, and social compliance standards.
- Coordinate with HR for training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of production management and industrial engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment/textile production or related field.
