Position: Territory Retail Manager (TRM) Vivo
Responsibilities:
1. Achievement Analysis:
- Analyze and ensure the monthly area sales target and Main Push target are met.
2. Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect monthly data, including competitors' sales and offers, and submit reports to RRM.
3. Presentation Skills:
- Prepare and submit Monthly PPT to RRM, CRM & HQ by the 5th of each month.
4. Monthly Meetings:
- Organize monthly meetings for area VBA with the channel team.
5. Communication:
- Communicate company salary and detailed policies to all VBA.
- Ensure clarity among all VBA regarding company policies.
6. Training and Development:
- Arrange different development training sessions for VBA and executives.
- Conduct training on areas such as low sales strategies, new product launches, and skill development.
7. Manage all documentation related to existing VBAs, including leaves and job transfers.
8. Product Launch:
- Lead the execution of new product launches.
- Execute area core projects in line with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
