Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
- Planning menus for various service areas in liaison with kitchen.
- Managing budgets, cash-book & deposits.
- Purchasing required items by following appropriate requisition procedures. Regularly maintain stock & inventory report. Vendor Management.
- Supervising, training, grooming, and evaluating the subordinates.
- Provide marketing strategies to increase the sales.
- Preparing reports of staff and sales. Handling daily sales and coordinating with cashiers.
- Ensuring that cultural values and core standards of F&B standards are met.
- Controlling labor expenses through staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Handling guest complaints.
- Providing special requests.
- Allocating right number of staff according to customer influx.
- Look after restaurant overall maintenance & other works.
- Prepare master data of all assets.
- Train up front/serving & housekeeping team properly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team.
- handle employee grievance.
- Must have interest to work from the beginning of dhaka branch.
- Any other work assigns by the Department Head.
