Responsibilities & Context
Control Room Operator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating Control Room policies and procedures, and performing Control Room daily operations. The control room operator will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer/patient service are provided to the patients/stakeholders/employees/employers of the institution at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency.
Receive all messages from different departments and process these messages to designated areas.
Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
Provide information to callers and direct them.
Transportation Management.
Maintenance Management.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
Answer questions about the organization and associated activities.
Secure everything at the Information and Services desk at the end of each shift.
Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
In case of any emergency contact the administration office.
Any other task assigned by the authority.
