KDS Garments Industries Ltd., a reputed and fast-growing organization in the apparel sector, is inviting applications from qualified and committed professionals for the following position:
Executive / Sr. Executive – Compliance
Location: Chattogram
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Compliance within the Apparel/Garments industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in all Compliance-related matters and contribute to cost minimization initiatives.
• Support audit preparations, compliance meetings, and training sessions.
• Prepare documents and maintain files as per company standards.
• Assist seniors in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Maintain effective working relationships with different buyers such as Walmart, Target USA, Tesco, K-Mart, and Target Australia.
• Ensure smooth coordination with RSC, Nirapon, and handle the Nirapon 90-day management reporting system.
• Possess working experience on Sedex, Higg Index, SLCP, GHG and Air Emission, Energy, Waste, and Chemical Management Systems.
