Job Context & Responsibilities
Context: Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited is expanding its PCB & PCBA business under the Electronics & Technology Solutions division, focusing on industrial and OEM/EMS markets. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by engaging clients, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with electronics manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member to boost PCB & PCBA product sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify, manage, and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Analyze PCB & PCBA market demand and prepare sales forecasts.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Collect client feedback for product and business development.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
Experience & Additional Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 5 years. Fresh B.Sc. / Diploma Engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Business Areas: IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories, Mobile Industry.
- Candidates having minimum 1 year of experience in PCB / PCBA sales or electronics products will get preference.
- For non-engineering candidates, 2 years or above experience in PCB / PCBA sales or electronics product sales will be preferred.
