Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales forecasts & strategies.
- Participate in structured sales, distribution, and market development training.
- Manage dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion.
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Education: BBA / MBA
- Age: At least 24 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to work in the field.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh.
